Massive Film Project has inked a deal with Stephen Baldwin to play the lead role in its upcoming spiritual drama, Tapestry. Veteran actors Burt Young and Tina Louise have signed on to co-star. Production will commence on January 15th 2014 in New York. Baldwin will also serve as Executive producer.

"After 25 years in the film business, the projects I choose now must motivate me on a creative level that inspires & elevates my sense of art & spirit. It is my privilege to work on Ken Kushner's "Tapestry", a film will challenge & excite me" Baldwin said.

"Some things weave unspoken messages, that we all follow...Tapestry", said Burt Young.

"I look forward to working with Ken Kushner and Stephen Baldwin on this very promising project. It is with great joy that I take on the role of Stephen Baldwin's mother in this challenging drama." Louise said.

"I am thrilled that Stephen Baldwin, Burt Young and Tina Louise will be starring in our film" said Director Ken Kushner. "All three are immensely gifted actors who elevate our material with incredible insight and vision".

"Tapestry is a unique film which takes a refreshing approach to the Universal subjects of spirituality, intelligent design, the universe, mankind and ancestral connectivity" said Director Ken Kushner. "The film doesn't preach, rather it delivers Universal messages in a subtle way through story of Ryan Goodwin (played by Baldwin); an ordinary man in the throes of harrowing times.

We are extremely fortunate to have Stephen Baldwin, Burt Young, and Tina Louise on board" said Producer Michael Yacovone. "We look forward to making a very special film with the help of our stars", he added.

Tapestry is based on a story by newcomer Rob DePalo. The screenplay was written by DePalo and Kushner. Kushner and Yacovone will produce. Starring opposite Baldwin, Young, and Louise is newcomer Kika Maghaeles, who just wrapped Shemie Reut's City of Gold.
