Starz CEO Chris Albrecht announced the hire of Pamela Wolfe as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Working out of the company's Beverly Hills headquarters, she will assume responsibilities for all HUMAN RESOURCES functions for the approximate 800 employees across the Starz businesses.

Wolfe brings to Starz more than 20 years of expertise in all aspects of people management within the entertainment, media, sports and advertising industries.

"Pamela joins Starz with a wealth of expertise in organizational talent management which will serve the company well," said Albrecht. "As Starz continues to grow the networks and expand its business globally, Pamela's experience within the creative community make her a valuable addition to the Starz leadership."

Wolfe said, "I'm thrilled to join such a talented executive team at Starz. It's an exciting time for the company and I'm honored to lead a best-in-class HUMAN RESOURCES team to support the company's continued growth and evolution."

Wolfe most recently served as Chief People Officer for Eleventh Hour Entertainment, a boutique specialty entertainment and creative staffing firm. Prior to Eleventh Hour, Pamela spent more than a decade leading the HUMAN RESOURCES team at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the world's leading entertainment and sports agency, where she helped create and develop the people infrastructure to support the agency's explosive global growth.

Prior to CAA, Wolfe held executive posts at Team One Advertising and EMI-Capitol Music Group and began her HR career at the Walt Disney Company.
