Peter Souhleris and Dave Seymour, stars of A&E's Flipping Boston and owners of Citylight Homes, discussed several of their most recent house flipping projects with the cast of NBC's Today Show. The duo discussed the projects as seen on the "Trouble & Strife," "Stink House" and "Flipping Boston Strong" episodes.
The home featured in "Trouble and Strife," located in Newburyport Massachusetts, required significant renovations including the reframing and replacement of the first floor, replacement of the home's roof, rewiring of the entire home and replacement of the home's windows. Peter discussed how the duo opened up the living space and made the home modern while preserving the home's unique New England features during Wednesday's interview. As the interview continued, Peter discussed the major renovations the duo completed for the home featured in "Stink House." Peter and Dave completed this project as part of the Abandoned Housing Initiative lead by Massachusetts Attorney General, Martha Coakley. This home, located in Medford Massachusetts, needed significant renovations due to infestation and a long period of abandonment. Peter described the duo's work to restore the home to habitable condition and modernization of the home's floorplan.Videos
