Meat Loaf burst onto the rock music scene in the 1970s and more than 40 years later he is still going strong. Taking time out during an appearance in Austin, Texas, he recalls how he came to acquire the name Meat at just four days old, how he forced himself to overcome his naturally operatic voice in order to sing rock 'n' roll, and how his first big hit "Paradise by the Dashboard Light," came about. Next, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's Bizzy Bone invites our cameras into his Burbank studio, where he and Layzie Bone are recording their next album. Bizzy opens up about being kidnapped and held for two years as a child and offers encouragement to others who have suffered abuse as children. Then, taking a break from rehearsal from her newest endeavor, the stage musical "Love Jones," MC Lyte recalls the trajectory of her career, beginning with writing rhymes at just 12 years old after being inspired by Salt-n-Pepa. The first female rapper to ever be nominated for a Grammy Award, MC Lyte speaks about what she believes the responsibility of hip-hop is - to talk about social issues through music. Next, he was everybody's favorite principal, Mr. Belding, for 12 seasons on the hit series "Saved by the Bell." Actor Dennis Haskins shows off his karaoke talent at a local watering hole, reminisces about his role as the first "badass" on "The Dukes of Hazzard," and reveals how he recently lost 70 pounds in order to improve his health. Plus, catching up with the minister who made a startling revelation on the "Oprah" show, and the team that built an entire "Oprah" set out of Godiva chocolate.
