Showtime has amplified its 2016 For Your Consideration Emmy Award campaign with new, creative messaging perfectly timed to the election year. All of the network's eligible original programming, including first-time contenders BILLIONS and THE CIRCUS, will be featured in Emmy FYC advertising with a call to action for Television Academy members to "VOTE." The multi-faceted campaign will be viewable in print and online ads in key trades and consumer media, and on over 100 buses targeting the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. Additionally, for the first time in network history, Showtime will be offering Television Academy members the opportunity to access the Showtime streaming service for free through June 30th. Attached to the SHOWTIME-branded belly band surrounding the April issue of Emmy Magazine, the VIP credentials will give the full membership access to Showtime for the duration of the first phase of the voting period. With their VIP log-in credentials, Emmy voters will have unlimited on-demand access to every season of award-winning Showtime original series, and hundreds of hours of movies, documentary and sports programming, as well as the network's live East and West Coast feeds. For the eighth consecutive year, Showtime will have a dedicated awards site to screen all episodes of its Emmy-eligible programs on SHO.com/FYC, which is available across multiple devices.
