Racism at US universities, peace talks between guerrillas and the government in Colombia, the military response to ISIS, and the price of security on the border are some of the topics featured this Sunday, February 15 at 12PM/11AM on "Enfoque con José Díaz-Balart," hosted this week by Telemundo reporter Rogelio Mora-Tagle.
Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) and Congressman Raúl Labrador (R-ID) will share contrasting points of view about the price of security on the border and efforts to mount a military offensive against ISIS in Syria. From the University of Texas, Mauricio García, a student and Co-Director of University Relations for Latino Community Affairs, and the school's Vice President for Diversity, Erica Saenz, will talk about racism on US college campuses and the controversial UT Austin fraternity party making headlines this week. The former President of Colombia, Álvaro Uribe Vélez, will discuss the negotiations between the government and guerrilla groups in his country and the possibility he could be brought to trial in Colombia.
