Second Season of Starz's POWER Out Next Week on Blu-ray & DVD

ANCHOR BAY ENTERTAINMENT gears up for the much-anticipated release of the Starz Original series POWER: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON on Blu-ray and DVD on Tuesday, June 14th. Executive Produced by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson and created by Courtney A. Kemp ("The Good Wife"), POWER is a drama that straddles the opulent Manhattan lifestyle of the rich and infamous and the underbelly of the international drug trade. The second season picks up where it left off: James "Ghost" St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) doubling down on his drug business to save his nightclub and dream of a legitimate future. His work troubles pale in comparison to juggling his relationship with his wife, Tasha (Naturi Naughton), and his first love Angela (Lela Loren), who's also an Assistant United States Attorney investigating his drug organization. Ghost is set further back from his dream by his business partner Tommy (Joseph Sikora) who loves the drug game, and his former mentor, Kanan (Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson), fresh out of jail, and looking for revenge. Season two has Ghost in a race against himself: can he get out of the drug game alive before Angela discovers who he is?

POWER: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON includes in-depth extras such as "Inside the World of POWER," and featurettes "Journey of Kanan"-which delves into the character played by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson-and "Criminal Network," a discussion about Ghost's drug EMPIRE with Creator Courtney A. Kemp and the series' cast. SRP is $59.99 for Blu-ray and $49.98 for DVD. The 3-disc set is currently available for pre-order online at all major retailers and is available on all digital platforms.

POWER is led by Omari Hardwick (Sparkle, For Colored Girls, Kick Ass, "Being Mary Jane") as main character 'James "Ghost" St. Patrick'; Lela Loren (Snitch, "Gang Related") who plays 'Angela Valdes,' an old flame who unexpectedly reenters "Ghost's" life; Naturi Naughton (Fame, "The Client List," "Mad Men") as 'Tasha St. Patrick,' wife, confidant and willing accomplice to "Ghost," and Joseph Sikora (Jack Reacher, Safe, "Boardwalk Empire") who plays 'Tommy Egan,' childhood best friend and business partner to "Ghost."

The third season of POWER premieres on a new night Sunday, July 17 at 9PM ET/PT on STARZ.

POWER is the story of a visionary crime drama set in two different worlds: the glamorous New York club scene and the brutal drug trade. Courtney A. Kemp serves as the Creator, Showrunner and Executive Producer of POWER. Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, Mark Canton, Randell Emmett and Gary Lennon serve as Executive Producers on POWER. The show is also produced by G-Unit Films and Television, the production company launched by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson.
