TMZ.com reports that a second contestant has now come forward to claim that last week's MISS USA Pageant was fixed. The contestant, wishing to remain anonymous, supports statements made by Sheena Monnin, Miss Pennsylvania, (photo at left) who last week resigned her state title in the wake of the scandal.

Monnin claims that a fellow contestant had learned the names of the top 5 finalists on Sunday morning, hours before the show was broadcast. The beauty queen has decided to step down, posting on her Facebook page, "In my heart I believe in honesty, fair play, a fair opportunity, and high moral integrity, none of which in my opinion are part of this pageant system any longer,"

The second accuser now says she has proof that the pageant was not on the up and up. The mystery contestant reportedly told Fox news, "I saw Florida backstage and she was very, very flustered and upset. I thought it might be because she didn’t make the top 15 cut, but at that point she was able to reveal to me at least four of the five names who went on to be the top girls." She continued, "[Miss FL] couldn’t remember the fifth because she was so upset. Several of the girls then started hearing through the grapevine about a list; a lot of people were upset.”

The Miss USA pageant owner Donald Trump has denied all allegations and describes the accusations as "loser's remorse." In a recent interview on ABC’s Good Morning America Trump said the pageant organization plans to sue Monnin for her “false charge.” “We’re going to be suing her now. She made a very false charge and she knows it’s a false charge."

He went on to say, “I think her primary issue is that she lost and she’s angry about losing. And frankly, in my opinion, I saw her barely a second and she didn’t deserve to be in the top 15.”
