Season 2 Premiere of Disney Channel's ANDI MACK Surges By Double Digits

Ratings for the second season premiere of Disney Channel's hit series ANDI MACK (Friday, October 27, 8:00-9:00 p.m.) surged - up to 72% - over the series launch (April 7) and delivered its #2 telecast to date in Total Viewers (2.1 million), Kids 6-14 (1.1 million/3.1 rating) and Adults 18-49 (502,000/0.4 rating), in Live + 3 day national ratings made available today. The critically acclaimed episode ranked as the #1 TV telecast in the timeslot across all targeted youth demographics (Kids 6-11 and Kids 6-14) and was the #1 cable TV telecast in Total Viewers.

Versus the April 7 series launch, "Andi Mack" grew by +50% in Total Viewers (2.1 million vs. 1.4 million), by +41% in Kids 6-14 (1.1 million vs. 780,000) and by +72% in Adults 18-49 (502,000 vs. 292,000).

The season premiere episode is #1 for the week on DisneyNOW while the series accounts for 7 of the Top 20 on that app. Overall, "Andi Mack" has amassed 84 million views to date via Youtube (5.0 million), Disney Channel VOD (20.0 million) and the DisneyNOW app (10.0 million), and reached 49.0 million Total Viewers to date on linear TV, including equal amounts of 18.0 million Kids 2-14 and 18.0 million Adults 18-49.

"Andi Mack" stars Peyton Elizabeth Lee, Lilan Bowden, Lauren Tom, Joshua Rush, Sofia Wylie, Asher Angel, Stoney Westmoreland, Emily Skinner and Trent Garrett. The series was created and is executive produced by acclaimed writer Terri Minsky ("Lizzie McGuire"). Michelle Manning ("The Breakfast Club," Disney Channel Original Movies "Adventures in Babysitting" and "Teen Beach 2") is also executive producer. Phil Baker (Disney Channel's "Good Luck Charlie") is co-executive producer. The series is from Horizon Productions and was filmed in Salt Lake City, Utah. It carries a TV-G parental guideline.
