Actress Sandra Dee Richardson appears in the feature films "Mamaboy" and "Running Wild" - both films were distributed in early 2017.

"Mamaboy" stars Sean O'Donnell, Alexandria DeBerry, and Gary Busey, and is directed by Aaron Leong.

"Running Wild" is based on a script by Brian Rudnick. The film was directed by Alex Ranarivelo and stars Jason Lewis, Tommy Flanagan, and Sharon Stone.

The film "Running Wild" depicts a story about Stella Davis, a widow who saves her ranch by rehabilitating a herd of horses. This inspiring film promotes the message that there is "no better remedy to misfortune than by helping another living creature."

In addition to Richardson's work as an actress, she has worked on many productions in numerous roles with over 50 total credits to her name on TV/Film productions. She was recently awarded the"Best Women Filmmaker Award" at the Hollywood International Moving Pictures Film Festival. Earlier in 2017, she won "Best Supporting Actress" at the LA Film Festival.

According to Sandra, she developed a love for acting in high school. Richardson stated in a recent interview that she would "love to explore new heights as an actress with every job, especially on a television series. I have experience in dramatic roles, comedies, and action, and am open to doing all kinds of work." She added that she "loves to work on projects with an inspiring and uplifting message."

When asked who she would love to work alongside, Sandra Dee Richardson responded, "Meryl Streep, Oprah Winfrey, Denzel Washington, Viola Davis, Idris Elba, Julianne Moore, and many others. Stating, "I know this list is a bit of a lengthy list, but truly what I appreciate about all of them is that not only are they skilled and immensely talented, they are also confident, nurturing and care about much more than the bottom line dollar. They appeal to my humanitarian side."

She is able to envelop "real feelings into her characters" pulling on her own unique life experiences. "I am told by others who view my work that I do explore the depth of character in so many roles and as an actress I do realize that when immersed in a role," Richardson continued to state, that she "truly grasps, understands and explores the motivation and personas of the characters" in which she is cast and in terms of the roles that she chooses to portray.

Sandra Dee Richardson is attached to other recent film productions, including "The Bullet Chronicles 2: Sisters of Pain," where she portrays District Attorney Theresa Giles, and the movie "Dirt" where she plays a detective, both are currently in production. She appeared in a role as a "power elite" in the movie "The Etruscan Smile," which is currently in post-production, slated for distribution in 2018. She is also a co-owner of R.S. Rich Enterprises, Inc., an entertainment production company.

In addition to being an established actress, Richardson is a singer who at one time toured with a Latin Band, laughingly she explained, "I used my acting skills even then, I couldn't speak Spanish, yet I learned to sing in the language."

Richardson also supports higher education and learning on a worldwide basis. She performs in promotional videos for a literacy school in Northern California and is currently working with a school in Africa to help promote their efforts.
