Created by Simon Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe, summer's hottest series showcases talented dancers - skilled in everything from Ballet, Breaking, Krumping and Salsa to Swing, Tap and Contemporary Jazz - competing for the title of America's Favorite Dancer.
"In addition to discovering fantastic new talent, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE has introduced viewers to the young, edgy, incredibly creative side of dance we hadn't seen before on television," said Nigel Lythgoe, series co-creator, executive producer and judge. "From the Emmy-winning choreography to the incredible contestants, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE is a cultural phenomenon, and we're excited that it will be back for another season."
Once again, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE will travel across the U.S. in search of the best and most talented dancers in the country. Those who shine during auditions are given a ticket to Las Vegas for callbacks, where they will work with top choreographers to learn and then be judged on multiple styles of dance.
