NBC is currently #1 for the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX in every key ratings measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers -- in the fast-affiliate ratings.
In metered-market results, which are time zone-adjusted,
NBC Sports coverage of last night's Seattle Seahawks-Green Bay Packers "Sunday Night Football" game averaged a 16.3 rating, 27 share in metered-market households and
NBC won the night in the 56 local markets metered by Nielsen Media Research and in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with Local People Meters.
It's NBC's second-best ever Week 2 rating in the metered markets, behind only a 16.5/27 for the Giants-Cowboys game that opened the Cowboy's AT&T Stadium on Sept. 11, 2012.
Last night's 16.3 is a +16% gain versus the year-ago week-two Bears-49ers telecast (16.3 vs. 14.0).
Teamed with last week's Thursday and Sunday results, last night's 16.3/27 for Seahawks-Packers marks the first time in its 10 seasons of "SNF" that
NBC has opened with a 16 metered-market rating for each of its first three games.
The Seahawks' 50.6/75 rating last night in the Seattle market is their second-best local rating in 11 all-time
NBC "SNF" games (behind only the 51.9/77 for Seahawks-Cardinals on Dec. 21, 2014).
