STAR WARS fans have been waiting for a new trailer for THE LAST JEDI to feed their appetite before the next installment of the STAR WARS franchise hits theaters in December.
ComingSoon Reports that the official trailer for STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI will be released in October. STAR WARS star Mark Hamill told a fan to "watch MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL on October 9th - for no reason in particular" when the fan asked about THE LAST JEDI trailer. The MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL matchup is between the VIKINGS and the Bears, but the game will be no match for the trailer that will be released.
The teaser trailer for THE LAST JEDI first debuted back in April at the STAR WARS Celebration in Orlando. Check out the teaser trailer here.
Lucasfilm have also announced that they are joining forces (pun intended) with popular brands Christian Louboutin, General Mills, Nissan, Royal Philips, Verizon and VIZIO in a global promotional campaign for the movie.
"Our promotional partners have come up with some very exciting, imaginative campaigns to support The Last Jedi, and we can't wait to share them with fans," says Lylle Breier, Sr. Vice President, Global Marketing Partnerships, Walt Disney Studios.
"This film will be blazing new ground in the Star Wars saga, and we feel our partners have designed some truly compelling experiences to match," says Lynwen Brennan, General Manager of Lucasfilm.
The film stars Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o and Laura Dern just to name a few.
STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI opens in theaters December 15, 2017.
