NBC News' TODAY show host Meredith Vieira will sit down with Susan Boyle in her first interview since she became an instant and much beloved global singing phenomenon on "Britain's Got Talent."
The exclusive interview will air on TODAY with an extended interview as part of a special edition of "America's Got Talent" Wednesday, July 22 (9-10 p.m. ET on NBC), which will also feature the last round of auditions before heading into the live quarterfinals. As expected, Susan Boyle was an audience favorite on the Britain's Got Talent tour, the singer received a huge ovation the minute she hit the stage. Boyle set consisted of her signature song, "I Dreamed A Dream" from Les Miserables, and "Memory" the famous CATS hit.

Boyle, who's "nearly 48," talked about her cat, and joked around with the judges, noting that she had "never been kissed." The entire audience prepared for the worst as she began her song, but, once she starting singing the crowd and judges were transported by her emotional and theatrical take on the number!
