CBS's hit sitcom, How I Met Your Mother, celebrated the broadcast of its 100th episode last night. In the episode, Neil Patrick Harris busts out in song and dance when Barney (Harris) is torn between a hot woman -- Karina, the bartender -- and his suit.  He is joined by the entire cast in the musical number, "Nothing Suits Me Like a Suit," written by the show's exec producers/creators Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, as Barney debates surrendering his suits in order to land Karina (Stacy Keibler).  Watch a clip of the episode with cast interviews below!

How I Met Your Mother is a comedy about Ted (Josh Radnor) and how he fell in love. It all started when Ted's best friend, Marshall (Jason Segel), dropped the bombshell that he was going to propose to his longtime girlfriend, Lily (Alyson Hannigan), a kindergarten teacher. At that moment, Ted realized that he had better get a move on if he, too, hopes to find true love. Helping him in his quest is his friend Barney (Neil Patrick Harris), a confirmed bachelor with endless, sometimes outrageous opinions, a penchant for suits and a foolproof way to meet women. When Ted meets Robin (Cobie Smulders), he's sure it's love at first sight, but destiny has something else in store. The series is narrated through flashbacks from the future. The show broadcasts at 8pm EST on Mondays on CBS.

Multitalented Neil Patrick Harris will display his directing chops on How I Met Your Mother when an episode he helmed airs on January 18. Though a series regular, this will Mark Harris's directing debut, and a rarity for the show as Pamela Fryman has directed 92 of How I Met Your Mother's' 97 episodes. Amanda Peet will guest star in the episode as an attractive co-worker of Marshall's (Jason Segal) who stirs up trouble between Marshall and Lily, but not in the usual way.

Equally successful on stage and screen, Neil Patrick Harris continues to demonstrate his creative versatility. He can currently be seen as the womanizing Barney Stinson in the fifth season of the hit CBS comedy series, "How I Met Your Mother," a role which garnered him a 2009 Golden Globe nomination and three consecutive Emmy Award nominations. Harris' Barney is best known for his hilarious catchphrases, penchant for suits, and foolproof ways of picking up women. Named one of the "2008 Entertainers of the Year" by Entertainment Weekly, Harris served as host of the 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards and the 63rd Annual Tony Awards.
