Today, AMERICAN IDIOT star John Gallagher Jr. visited ABC News to talk about all thing AMERICAN IDIOT and what it's like bringing punk to Broadway.  Click below for his segment.

Nominated for three 2010 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, AMERICAN IDIOT began preview performances at the St. James Theatre, 246 West 44 Street, on March 24, 2010 and opened officially on April 20, 2010. The cast and Green Day will performed live on THE TONY AWARDS on Sunday, June 13, 2010 on CBS and took home two Tonys for Best Set of a Musical (Christine Jones) and Best Lighting of a Musical (Kevin Adams).
