STAGE TUBE: GLEE Producers Release Monteith Memorial Card

The producers of Glee have responded to the death of star Cory Monteith with a short video that was just released with the message: "Forever in our hearts." Watch the tribute below.

Monteith was found dead in his Vancouver hotel room on July 13th, the result of an accidental drug overdose. In recent weeks, his fellow Glee stars, including Amber Riley, Jenna Ushkowitz and Chris Colfer, have shared their grief through instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Others, including Matthew Morrison and Chord Overstreet, have expressed their sadness by dedicating musical performances to their fallen friend.
