Chris Colfer vistied ABC's THE VIEW yesterday to talk about the upcoming season of GLEE, his adoration for Whoopi Goldberg and his past as a bullied kid. Check out the interview below!
Colfer is best known for his portrayal of Kurt Hummel on Glee, for which he has received several nominations and awards, including the Golden Globe award for Best Supporting Actor in 2011. He has just released his first children's novel, "The Land of Stories," now available in stores.
The actor has also written a screenplay for a psychological drama movie and adapted a pilot for the Disney Channel based on Florence Laughlin's children's book "The Little Leftover Witch." His film, "Struck by Lightning," which he wrote and starred in, debuted at this year's Tribeca Film Festival and will be released in theaters this September.
GLEE returns to FOX this fall in its new time slot, Thursdays at 9:00 pm/ET.
