Roni Patel Promoted to SVP for Warner Bros International Television Distribution

Roni Patel has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales-Nordic, Benelux and Middle East, it was announced today by Jeffrey R. Schlesinger, President, Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution.

Patel will continue to be responsible for spearheading the licensing of product distributed by WBITD - including television series, feature films, made-for-television movies and animation - throughout the Nordic, Benelux and Middle East to free and pay TV outlets over terrestrial, cable, satellite as well as advertiser-supported (AVOD) and subscription-based (SVOD) video-on-demand across OTT platforms. Based in London, Patel reports to Robert Blair, Executive Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa, WBITD.

Patel most recently served as Vice President, Sales-Nordic, Benelux and Middle East, a post she was promoted to in 2009. She joined WBITD in 2007 as Director, Sales-Benelux and Middle East. Prior to that, Patel was at The Walt Disney Company for 11 years, most recently as Sales Director for two years after previously serving as Sales Manager. She is a graduate of Anglia Ruskin University.
