Rihanna to Make TV Debut on Upcoming British Fashion Reality Series

As first reported on The Hollywood Reporter, recording artist Rihanna will be making her TV debut on a yet untitled British fashion reality show. In addition to appearing in the 10-part series, Rihanna will also executive produce.  The show will be hosted by 'Girls Aloud' frontwoman Nicola Roberts and will feature a competition among aspiring fashion designers. 

Each week, contestants will be challenged to create outfits for celebrity clients. The winning designer will have the honor of working with Rihanna to create an outfit for her to wear at her performance at the Wireless Festival in London this July. 

In a statement, the superstar commented, “I have been very fortunate to work with some truly amazing designers and stylists throughout my career, and they have been instrumental in making sure my creative vision reaches the stage. I am excited to follow the journey of our aspiring contestants and see how their individuality influences their efforts during the course of the show."
