Regis Philbin to Pitch TV Project to CBS, TV Land

Appearing on the CBS talk show 'THE TALK yesterday, former Live! host Regis Philbin revealed that he is in the process of pitching a new sitcom project to both the TV Land and CBS networks. 

Joked Philbin, "Its new to me to be out of work. So I'm looking to get back in. I couldn't find TV Land ... what bungalow are they in? Who are they?! I'm applying for a job on TV Land, I can't believe it!" The funnyman went on to describe the uncomfortable experience of pitching a TV show. "Oh my god. [It's] very painful. They stare at me, 'Who are you?' I'm Regis!" he yelled.

Philbin did not reveal any details about his project. It was recently reported that Philbin was involved in an upcoming reality show pilot but the talk show host denied the rumors saying that reality TV was not for him. 

Philbin will soon make a guest star appearance on an upcoming episode of TV Land's 'Hot in Cleveland'.
