Fans can relive the most outstanding U.S. performances from the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games tomorrow night, as NBCSN presents a special one-hour Team USA Awards show at 10 p.m. ET.

Athletes featured in the program include:

  • Gymnast Simone Biles, who won five total medals in Rio, including four gold medals;
  • Swimmer Katie Ledecky, who won five total medals in Rio, including four gold medals, and set world records in the 400m and 800m freestyle events;
  • Sprinter Allyson Felix, who won two gold medals in Rio to give her six career Olympic gold medals, the most by any female TRACK AND FIELD athlete in Olympic history;
  • Swimmer Brad Snyder, who won three gold medals at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, and boasts seven career Paralympic medals.

Addition highlights include:

  • The Coach of the Year award, which was given to Adam Krikorian of the U.S. Olympic Women's Water Polo Team, who won their second consecutive gold medal;
  • The Jesse Owens Olympic Spirit award, which was awarded by Owens' granddaughter and great-grandson, to Muhammad Ali and accepted on his behalf by Lonnie Ali.
  • A tribute to Jesse Owens and the 18 African-American athletes who were not invited to the White House in 1936, and recognition of 1968 U.S. Olympic TRACK AND FIELD medalists Tommie Smith and John Carlos.

Six award categories (male athlete, female athlete, and team of the Olympic and Paralympic Games) were voted on by fans, as well as members of the Olympic and Paralympic family and Olympic and Paralympic journalists.

The event was hosted by AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR hosts Akbar Gbajabiamila and Matt Iseman. Presenters and special guests included 10-time Olympic medalist Carl Lewis, four-time Olympic champion Janet Evans, and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.

The Team USA Awards program took place on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at Georgetown University's McDonough Arena.
