Rashida Jones may be leaving PARKS AND RECREATION - but she's not abandoning television entirely.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jones is developing LADYBALLS, a new hour-long dramedy for The CW under her two-year deal with Warner Bros. Television. The network has ordered a script for the project, which School Confidential's Kara Taylor will write.

The series "revolves around two twenty-something estranged friends in search of love in New York who are reunited after learning that they've been dating the same guy. When their plot to humiliate the two-timer goes viral, they realize the "payback" business is a lucrative one and set up a clandestine business to continue bringing down the hand of justice for those who have been wronged."

Will McCormack, Jones' partner on JESSE & CELESTE FOREVER will produce, along with her sister, Kidada Jones.
