February brings premiere episodes of fan-favorite series to the Cooking Channel menu. Emeril highlights more Sunshine State hotspots in Emeril's Florida Sundays at 2:30pmET/11:30amPT. Renovating restaurants one menu at a time, Ching-He Huang provides her culinary expertise in Restaurant Redemption on Tuesdays at 8pmET/5pmPT. Bal Arneson takes viewers on adventures in and out of the kitchen on Wednesdays at 9pmET/6pmPT, and Unique Sweets dives deeper into creative concoctions in new episodes on Sundays at 10pmET/7pmPT. CookingChannelTV.com premieres new webisodes of original series Good to Know and lends a hand for Valentine's Day treats and planning tips. Emeril's Florida
Premiering Sunday, February 2nd at 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "Getaway, Go Eat, and Giddy up"
Emeril visits the Omni Orlando at Champions Gate, one of the top resorts in the Kissimmee area. There, he tours the resort and ends up at Zen where he meets Executive Chef Robert Ash and samples some creative sushi offerings. Next stop is Chef John's Place, a small restaurant in the Orlando area where Chef John Walker and his wife Carmon serve Emeril their most popular dishes. Emeril heads over to Graze at Harmony where Emeril meets Executive Chef Kim Rice and samples some of her signature dishes. Finally, Emeril visits Kempfer Ranch and the Silver Spurs Rodeo, where they focus on the history and legacy of the cattle industry in that part of Florida.
Premiering Sunday, February 9that 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "Some West Coast Beach & Waterfront Favorites"

Emeril highlights some of Florida's most delicious West Coast restaurants including Salt Rock Grill in Indian Shores, where Emeril meets with owner Frank Chivas and enjoys freshly-caught fish that are straight from the docks to the wood-fire grill. Next stop is Sam's Beach Bar in Hudson, where chef and owner Sara De La Osa has Emeril try some of her signature dishes. Then, Emeril travels over to R Beach in Hernando to visit with owner Fred Javidi and wife Susan Santo Cristo. The atmosphere, seafood bisque, New Bedford scallops, and other staples on their menu leave Emeril in awe.

Finally, Emeril gets behind the counter and prepares one of his favorite seafood recipes.
Premiering Sunday, February 16that 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "Orlando Farm to Table - Part 2"
Emeril visits the Greenhouse in Apopka where he tours the farm and meets with owner Katherine Grandey to sample some of her fresh produce. Next, he visits Luma owned by Chef Brandon McGlamery who discusses how he produces fresh, locally-inspired cuisine. Next stop is K Restaurant, where he meets up with owner and chef Kevin Fonzo, who is known for his menu of locally-sourced ingredients and for his volunteer work at the Orlando Junior Academy.

Emeril joins him in the classroom to meet some of his students and then tours the students' garden. Emeril then visits Tchoup Chop located at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, where he studies the hand-crafted cocktails. He meets Garrett Hendrickson and Gabriel Orozco, the director of Emeril's Orlando operations, and they chat about the newest additions to the restaurant's menu.
Premiering Sunday, February 23rd at 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "Some East Coast Beach and Waterfront Favorites"

In this episode, Emeril explores some great restaurants on Florida's East Coast. At the Ocean Grill in Vero Beach, owner Charley Replogle talks to Emeril about the restaurant's rich history and impressive collection of antiques. Equally impressive are their variety of fresh land and sea offerings all done from scratch. Later, in Stuart, Emeril stops into Riverwalk Café and Oyster House, and chef/owner Steve Feder impresses Emeril with his variety of dishes including fresh ahi tuna and some special oysters. Next stop is Goodrich Seafood & Oyster House, a neighborhood waterfront restaurant that has been in business since 1971 and has become an institution in the area. Emeril meets Jimmy Goodrich, great-grandson of one of the founders, who talks about the history of the restaurant and family. Finally, Emeril makes one of his favorite seafood dishes.

Restaurant Redemption
Premiering Tuesday, February 4th at 8pmET/5pmPT - "Crimson"
In Dallas, Ching helps two former best friends, Selena and Hanna, mend their friendship and their failing business. After a falling out, their restaurant stopped making a profit. Ching shows them how to fix their Vietnamese menu while hashing out their personal issues in the process.
Premiering Tuesday, February 11th at 8pmET/5pmPT - "Session Bistro"
After investing more than $200,000 of his own money into struggling restaurant, Session Bistro, owner Joe Troy is in dire straits. Ching heads to Maywood, N.J. to give this confused Fusion restaurant a serious menu and décor overhaul. Will the restaurant be able to say aloha to success by focusing on the food of Joe's Hawaiian heritage?
Premiering Tuesday, February 18th at 8pmET/5pmPT - "XIE"
Ching travels to the college town of Iowa City, Iowa to help General Manager Wes Lewis save his struggling restaurant, Xie. If Wes can help the restaurant bring in $30,000 in one month, owner Jennifer will let him take over the restaurant. If he cannot, she will cut her losses and close the restaurant's doors. With the clock ticking, can Ching turn this sinking ship around?

Premiering Wednesday, February 5th at 9pmET/6pmPT- "Camping"
Bal reveals a surprise for her kids over a delicious, healthy breakfast of Homemade Granola with Yogurt and Fresh Berries. The surprise? A camping trip in the beautiful mountains near their home. Bal takes them hiking and swimming, but she spices things up with a ziplining adventure. In between activities, Bal cooks up cozy, campfire meals, including a Fire-Roasted Veggie Chili and Spice-Rubbed Rotisserie Chicken. Exciting activities, delicious food and a gorgeous setting make this camping trip an unforgettable family experience.

Premiering Sunday, February 2nd at 10pmET/7pmPT - "European Sweets"

In New York City, a charming little shop puts a gourmet spin on the crispy rice treat with flavors loved by children and adults alike. In Atlanta, the simple ice pop has been transformed into a frosty combination of real ingredients and unique textures perfect for cooling off on a hot day. In Seattle, there is a new take on the soda shop that serves amazing ice cream floats made with the house's premium ice creams and their very own dessert beers.
Premiering Sunday, February 16th at 10pmET/7pmPT - "Capital Cravings"
First stop in the nation's capital is GBD, which stands for Golden Brown Delicious - the perfect way to describe the unique doughnuts at this new hotspot. Next, Cupcakes Actually stocks its shelves with ten varieties of this sweet treat daily, including its signature dipped cupcakes. Finally, Dolcezza combines local ingredients, old-world methods, and innovative flavors to make refreshing artisan gelato.

In Toronto, the childhood favorite of milk and cookies is taken to a whole new level at Moo Milk Bar. Glory Hole Doughnuts specializes in artisanal yeast doughnuts made with all-natural ingredients.
