Prince Tribute Band The Purple Xperience to Perform at Four Winds New Buffalo This June

The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians' Four Winds Casinos are pleased to announce a concert by Prince tribute band, The Purple Xperience at Four Winds New Buffalo's Silver Creek Event Center on Friday, June 3 at 9 p.m. Hotel and dinner packages are available for the night of the concert. Tickets can be purchased beginning on Friday, May 13 at 11 a.m. Eastern exclusively through the Ticketmaster Web site, www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling (800)745-3000. Ticket prices for the concert are $25 plus applicable fees.

Hotel and dinner packages include the Hard Rock and Copper Rock options. The Hard Rock option is available for $369 and includes two concert tickets, a one night hotel stay on Friday, June 3, and a $50 gift card to Hard Rock Cafe Four Winds. The Copper Rock option is available for $469 and includes two concert tickets, a one night hotel stay on Friday, June 3, and a $150 gift card to Copper Rock Steakhouse. All hotel and dinner packages must be purchased through Ticketmaster.

The Purple Xperience is a five-piece Prince tribute band from Minneapolis, Minn. Starting in February 2011, the band has been bringing the unmistakable music of Prince and The Revolution to audiences of all generations. The Purple Xperience is led by Matt Fink (aka Doctor Fink), who was a member of Prince and The Revolution from 1978 to 1991. Doctor Fink won two Grammy Awards in 1985 for the motion picture soundtrack album for "Purple Rain" and received another Grammy in 1986 for the album "Parade: Music from the Motion Picture 'Under the Cherry Moon,'" which was the eighth studio album by Prince and The Revolution. Marshall Charloff, the front man for The Purple Xperience, imaginatively styles the magic of Prince's talent in an unmatched fashion with his appearance, vocal imitation, and multi-instrumental capacity on guitar and piano. The Purple Xperience has undoubtedly produced the most authentic re-creation of Prince and The Revolution in the world. Four Winds New Buffalo's Silver Creek Event Center is a 1,500 seat, multi-use facility that is located next to the casino floor.
