Flip Wars, a new series on A&E, tracks professional house flippers as they acquire distressed properties, renovate them into masterpieces, and sell them for a profit. The first episode will air on April 11 at 10 p.m.
Featuring Gene Schroeder and Angelo D'Alessandro, top-dog real estate investors in South Florida, Flip Wars tracks them in the exhilarating ghost flip - where buyers invest their own money in homes they've never laid eyes on, completely unaware of what problems the home can potentially have.
Gene and Angelo, known as some of the biggest flippers in the state of Florida, formed Bank On It!, the premier buyer and seller of distressed properties in Florida. Their team of energetic and like-minded investors and realtors flip 10-15 properties a month. They specialize in buying sale-priced properties including wholesale deals, bank owned properties, pre-foreclosure, short sales, probate, bad tenant, and seriously damaged real estate.
In addition to their real estate investment business, Schroeder and D'Alessandro are also known as Those Flipping Guys (TFG), another reality show based on Schroeder and D'Alessandro renovating and flipping homes or getting them ready for rental. Episodes feature the two men and how they help other investors earn more than $20-30k by flipping a single home in their spare time or help more dedicated investors flip several homes in a year and earn over six figures.
Those Flipping Guys also provide memberships to entrepreneurs looking to build new wealth with training and resources including monthly webinars, case studies, marketing tools, and more. Memberships focus on mentorships and workshops in real instate investing and starting real estate businesses.
Schroeder has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry when he began BUYING AND SELLING Florida properties in 1997. He specializes in wholesale, but has also seen success with rehab projects, rentals, and land deals. He is a graduate of Florida State University and has volunteered his time with non-profits and helping young businesses grow.
D'Alessandro comes from a slightly different background, working with financial planning and insurance before finding his passion with real estate. He runs the Helping Kids Broward program, which brings clothes, food, and gifts to schools in Southern Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and has worked with big names in the real estate industry.
With thousands of flips to their name and almost two decades of experience, Schroeder and D'Alessandro combine the professional experience and the people skills to succeed and connect within the industry. Their mission is to flip as many homes as possible, make lots of money, and have more fun doing it than their competition.
