Pivot to Present 24-Hour Marathon of AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH, Today

On Tuesday, June 7th starting at 6:00am ET, Pivot, the television network from Participant Media, will air a 24-hour marathon of the Academy Award® winning documentary AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH.

Directed by Davis Guggenheim, An Inconvenient Truth follows Vice President Al Gore on the lecture circuit as he raises public awareness of the dangers of global warming and how we must take action to curb its destructive effects on the environment.. Gore became passionate about climate change while as a student at Harvard University and went on to write Earth in the Balance about the environment.

While part of the Clinton Administration, he continued to support initiatives that would help curb greenhouse gas emissions. Though released 10 years ago, An Inconvenient Truth continues to inspire and impact viewers from politicians to beauticians across the world..
