PITTSBURGH PENGUINS AT OTTAWA SENATORS - GAME 6 AT 8 P.M. ET ON NBCSN - PREDATORS LEAD 3-2

Pittsburgh moved within one game of advancing to its second consecutive Stanley Cup Final with a dominant 7-0 win against Ottawa in Game 5 at home on Sunday afternoon. The Penguins scored four goals in the first period to put the game out of reach early, and Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, and Phil Kessel all recorded multiple points in the game. Ottawa went 0-for-4 on the power play in Game 5, extending their drought to 29 straight failed opportunities with the man advance. The Sens have not scored on the power play since Game 1 of the second round against the Rangers.

Ottawa's 7-0 loss in Game 5 marked the third time in this postseason that a team has lost by at least six goals. However, in both of those cases, the losing team came back to win the next game, and the series.
