Monday, Dr. Oz is talking health with America's favorite family and cast of the television show Duck Dynasty, The Robertson Family. He sits down with the duck commander, the boys and their wives to discuss everything related to family, faith and food. Dr. Oz talks with Phil about what duck liver can teach us about our health, Uncle Si about all his tea drinking, and Willie about how faith keeps this family healthy. Dr. Oz puts the happiest hunting family to the test with a game called "Real or Quack Medicine" to decide which medical facts are true or false. Then, Dr. Oz explains the anatomy of a beard and why theDuck Dynasty men can grow them so long. He also gives an "Oz approved tip" to help keep your beard as clean and soft as the hair on your head.
On staying grounded, Willie says: "We centered on our faith, which is more important than money, our faith in the Lord and also when we grew up, we didn't have a lot of means and so we really appreciated the things that we had. And now that we have more, you can always look back and remember when it wasn't like that. And so, our parents put that in us and instilled in us with a good discipline and hard work."
On his parents healthy sex life, Jase says: "Everybody asks me, what do you think about your mom and dad talking about the birds and bees on national television. But I'm glad they hit it off 'cause if they hadn't, I wouldn't be here. So the speeches they give, I heard the same ones when I was a kid and they've always been real open about sex. I'm glad they were. I mean, I considered it quality advice."
On the secret to 50 years of marriage, Phil remarks: "Well, with patience and long suffering on my part. No, Miss Kay weathered the '60s, you know. I'm a product of the '60s. So, the bottom line is, she weathered it..." Kay remarks: " I really raised 5. Phil is the oldest."
