Photo Flash: First Look - 'Today's Al Roker & Natalie Morales Cameo in Broadway's ALADDIN

In celebration of Aladdin's 2nd anniversary on Broadway on Sunday, March 20th, "TODAY" Co-Anchors Natalie Morales and Al Roker recently made cameo appearances in front of a sold-out crowd of more than 1,700 in a performance of the hit Broadway musical. Natalie and Al both appeared in the show-stopping number "Friend Like Me" alongside Tony-winner James Monroe Iglehart (Genie), Adam Jacobs (Aladdin) and the rest of the company. Produced by Disney Theatrical Productions, Aladdin features music by Tony Award and eight-time Oscar® winnerAlan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, Sister Act), lyrics by two-time Oscar winner Howard Ashman (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid), three-time Tony Award and three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice (Evita, Aida) and four-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin (The Wedding Singer), with a book by Beguelin, and is directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw, who makes history this spring as director-choreographer of four concurrent Broadway musicals.
