Photo Flash: First Look - Liam Carroll Stars in Upcoming TBS Series THE DETOUR

Jason Jones, Natalie Zea and Liam Carroll star in the upcoming TBS show THE DETOUR. The series premieres on Monday, April 11th.

The Detour is a what-in-the-heck-is-wrong-with-this-family comedy created by comic super couple Jason Jones and Samantha Bee, and inspired by their own experiences with family trips. Jones stars as unfiltered dad Nate, who hits the road with wife Robin (played by Natalie Zea) and kids Jared (Liam) and Delilah (Ashley Gerasimovich). Every leg of their trip is fraught with disaster as they encounter one hilarious turn after another. If there's trouble on the road, this family will find it and plow into it. Liam Carroll began performing on stage at Family Theater, Inc. in Hermosa Beach when he was 10 years old. He started his television career in 2014 with a role on THE NEIGHBORS before booking a lead role on the upcoming TBS series The Detour, opposite Jason Jones.

Liam is from Manhattan Beach, California. In addition to acting, he is an avid hockey fan (his dog Stanley is named after the Stanley Cup) and he has played for the Junior Kings for seven years. In his spare time, he enjoys jumping on the trampoline with siblings as well as body surfing, skate boarding and playing soccer. Other hobbies include mixing music, doing graffiti art and making short movies with his advanced film class at his middle school.
