Photo Coverage: 'Mother and Child' Premieres in Hollywood

On Monday, April 19, Mother and Child, a drama film directed and written by Rodrigo García premiered at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood. The film, which stars Naomi Watts, Annette Bening, Kerry Washington and Shareeka Epps premiered on September 14, 2009 at the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival and at the Sundance Film Festival on January 23, 2010. It is scheduled to have a limited release in the United States on May 7, 2010.
The film tells the overlapping stories of three women: one who gave up her daughter to adoption 35 years ago, another who grew up as an adopted child, and a third who is looking to adopt.
