Phillip Lomax Returns as Host of X Factor USA Online Pre-show Tonight

FOX has just announced on the official X FACTOR web site, that former contestant Phillip Lomax will be returning as a special co-host, along with Taryn Southern, on the on-line pre-show tonight.

Lomax was surprised by the show's offer to have him return as a host but said, "I was surprised! It was a nice surprise. I thought it was really nice of THE X FACTOR to think of me. I bring a lot of energy to every situation and hopefully I'll be able to give my own take on different questions and get along with whomever I'm interviewing." 

Phillip admitted that returning to the show will be a bit awkward. "It's going to be a new venture for me but I'm very excited about it. I'm totally excited to see all of my friends. I've missed them a lot. It's a pretty intense change from performing all the time in rehearsals with a lot of attention to not doing that anymore. But getting back and reconnecting with people...it's going to be fantastic!"

Lomax will be appearing on THE X FACTOR live pre-show tonight at 7/6C on thexfactorusa.com.

He will also be performing on the upcoming after party of 'A Swingin' Affair', a Frank Sinatra birthday celebration in Palm Springs on December 11th.
