Paula Abdul, LA Reid Plan to Return For THE X FACTOR Season 2

According to digitalspy.com, X FACTOR judges Paula Abdul and LA Reid have revealed that they would love to return to the Fox singing competition for Season Two next year, should they be invited to.

In a recent interview with People magazine, Reid commented, "I would love to come back. What I don't like is, I love it so much. I don't control it, it's up to the boss." Similarly, Abdul has expressed her desire to return as a judge, "unless something weird and bizarre happens" before next season. 

In a recent interview with Radar.com, judge Nicole Scherzinger hinted that she may not be returning for Season Two.  She shared that judging took an emotional toll on her throughout the season.  In addition, she is hoping to focus her energy on her own music career.  Said Scherzinger, "[The show] has been quite a learning experience, quite a journey for me. I didn't expect to have been so emotional through the whole elimination process. I wanted to just mentor and empower artists."

Rumors have also been circulating that X Factor host Steve Jones has not been asked to return to the show.  Jones has recently denied the story.
