Showbiz411's Roger Friedman reports exclusively that Paul McCartney's animated film project is moving forward. Friedman reports that producers Michael Lynne and Bob Shaye have completed a finished script that "everyone's happy with."
In addition, an offer has been put out to directors, with the plan to have one in place before the summer comes to an end. Mulan's Tony Bancroft was rumored to be helming the project, but that report proved false.
Last night, Sir Paul returned to his current concert tour following an illness with sidelined him for seven weeks. The musician took to the stage in Albany, New York and even helped a couple become engaged on stage during his final encore. Check out the video here!
