Mexican music, film and television star, Patricia "Paty" Manterola, joins renowned TV personality Jorge Bernal to host the fourth season of the highly anticipated singing competition "La Voz Kids," slated to premiere this spring on TELEMUNDO. The ex-member of Mexico's famous music bandGaribaldi joins previously announced Coaches Daddy Yankee, Natalia Jimenez and Pedro Fernandez in the Sunday night reality show featuring the nation's best young singing talent, in this season that will include the new "Wild Card" component. Produced once again at the Universal Orlando Resort, "La Voz Kids" gives viewers the opportunity to witness how the stars of the future are discovered and developed.

Patricia Manterola is one of Mexico's stars with great international recognition. At a very young age, she demonstrated a strong inclination towards the world of music and entertainment, which helped her land a leading role in "Anita la Huerfanita" (Annie) at the age of eight. In 1989, she joined the popular music groupGaribaldi. After all their success throughout Latin America, United States and Europe, she went on her own and participated in the film "Dónde quedó la bolita," and launched her first solo album "Hambre de Amor." In 1994, she joined the world of telenovelas with the leading role in "Acapulco, Cuerpo, y Alma," which aired in more than 63 countries. Since moving to Los Angeles in 1998, she has taken important roles in major Hollywood productions, including "Angeles," the Spanish-language version of the hit TV series "Charlie's Angels," as well as the films "The City of Lost Souls," "The Dukes of Hazzard: Hazzard in Hollywood," "Carman: The Champion" and "The Perfect Game," among others. She has released eight music albums, including "Niña Bonita," "Quiero más," "Que el ritmo no pare," the official song of "The 2002 Cycling Tour of Spain" and the theme song for the "FIFA World Cup Korea-Japan 2002," which also included an English-language version entitled "The Rhythm," theme song for the Formula 1 Race: "Grand Prix of Europe." Manterola, who has been a special guest on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and queen of the internationally renowned "Viña del Mar Festival" in Chile, launched her own clothing line "B-Good" and is the founder of "Bajo una Estrella," a foundation dedicated to support people in need. This year, she is releasing her new single "I Got Ya" featuring DJ Kiko Rivera, son of the renowned Spaniard singer Isabel Pantoja. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband Forrest Kolb and three kids.

TELEMUNDO's "La Voz Kids," a production of Talpa Media USA Inc. created by John de Mol, offers an innovative format featuring three stages of competition: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, and Final Phase. During the Blind Auditions, the Coaches decisions are based solely on voice and not on looks. Once the teams are set, the Battle Rounds begin, where the Coaches will dedicate themselves to developing their teams. New this season, the Battles Rounds will include the opportunity to save fan favorites with the new "Wild Card" component. In the Final Phase, the television audience has the opportunity to vote, and with the help of the Coaches decides who stays in the competition, who goes home, and who will be the winner of "La Voz Kids," and receive the grand prize.
