Oxygen reached 4.4 million viewers over the course of 12 hours during its first-ever "Glee" marathon on Saturday, February 5. The GLEEKEND broke records among total viewers and in all key demos, according to Nielsen Media Research. The "Glee" marathon was Oxygen's best Saturday 11am-11pm timeperiod ever among total viewers (885,000), A18-49 (453,000), A18-34 (270,000), W18-49 (291,000) and W18-34 (168,000), growing double and triple digits (vs. prior 4 week period). In prime, "Glee" averaged over one million total viewers. The marathon drew more than one million total viewers during the airing of three separate telecasts at 4pm ("Grilled Cheesus"), 8pm ("The Substitute") and 10pm (Special Education"). The marathon peaked in the 8pm hour among A18-49 (564,000) and the 10pm hour among total viewers (1.079 MM). Additionally, Oxygen ranked within the top five ad supported cable entertainment networks in every single hour of the marathon, in at least one demo.

From 4pm-5pm, Oxygen was #3 among W18-34(out-delivering Food Network, ABC Family, TNT, TBS) and #4 among A18-34 (out-delivering Food Network, ABC Family, TBS).
The full 12-hour marathon on Oxygen experienced double and triple digit growth, compared to the prior four week time period average, with "Glee" up +113% among A18-34, +100% among A18-49, +96% among total viewers, +66% among W18-34 and +63% among W18-49.
Episodes from the 12-hour GLEEKEND marathon included fan favorites from seasons one and two of "Glee," including "The Power of Madonna," "The Rocky Horror Glee Show" and "Britney/Brittany."
"The Glee Project" will premiere in June 2011 on Oxygen and will award one lucky winner a coveted seven-episode guest starring role on the third season of FOX's "Glee," which is produced by Ryan Murphy Television in association with 20th Century Fox Television.
