OUTRAGEOUS ACTS OF Science is back for more fun and mind-blowing mayhem as a new season is set to launch. The Science Channel fan favorite puts the spotlight on the web's most ingenious, funniest, daring, outrageous and bizarre clips, while the world's best Science experts try to explain exactly what is happening! The new season premieres Wednesday, October 17 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

From savage skills like inline skating off road, to bungee jumping while playing the bagpipes, OUTRAGEOUS ACTS OF SCIENCE details the what, how and why of the Science that makes these amazing feats possible. Every episode focuses on a Science theme and counts down to the best of the best, the most Outrageous Act of Science!

The premiere episode, Quantum Leaps looks we glimpse the internet's biggest breakthroughs, genius inventions and awesome builds that are undeniable Quantum Leaps. From robot exoskeletons, swords made with thermite to high speed mobility scooters, these masterminds are always one step ahead!

Other highlights of the new season include the world's first driving dog, a breathtaking performance from an underwater band, an 8-hour wheelie on a bike, and the world's fastest talker.
