Lea DeLaria, popularly known as "Big Boo" on Netflix's ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK, has signed with The Kurland Agency - home to Pat Metheny, Chick Corea, Wynton Marsalis - for exclusive worldwide live performance and appearance representation. This news comes just days before the premiere of ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK season five on Friday, June 9 as well as DeLaria's role in Disney*Pixar's Cars 3 film and Original Motion Picture Soundtrack scheduled for June 16 release. DeLaria is also scheduled to serve as Grand Marshall for both the Cincinnati Pride Parade as well as Chicago's 48th Annual Pride Parade on June 24 and June 25 respectively and will be featured in the Hollywood Bowl's upcoming production of Mamma Mia! running July 28-30.
The Kurland Agency is now booking DeLaria, who has a multi-faceted two-decade career as a comedian, actress and jazz vocalist, worldwide for 2017-2018 live performances and appearances.
