ONE World Sports Renews, Expands Relationship with New York Cosmos

ONE World Sports, America's Network for Global Sports, announced today that it has renewed its agreement to serve as the exclusive television and multiplatform home of the New York Cosmos and that it will televise all thirty of the team's 2015 regular-season games live - marking the first time the network has aired the team's regular-season away games.

"Cosmos fans have been clamoring to see away games," said Alexander "Sandy" Brown, ONE World Sports president and CEO. "Thanks to our new agreement, we'll be able to ensure fans can catch all the action throughout the spring and fall NASL seasons."

In the New York area, ONE World Sports is available on: Cablevision's Optimum TV, channel 1159; Dish Network, channel 9794; Verizon FiOS, channel 309; and RCN, channel 571. ONE World Sports is also available on mobile devices via a Watch ONE World Sports app for authenticated customers.

For the April 4 spring season opener, the Cosmos head to Fort Lauderdale to face the Strikers, who made the 2014 NASL playoffs. The game marks the Cosmos debut of the team's newest member, legendary Spanish striker Raul Gonzalez Blanco, the all-time leading goal scorer for Real Madrid.

For the April 18 home opener at the Cosmos' home field of Hofstra University's Shuart Stadium, the team takes on the Tampa Bay Rowdies.

"ONE World Sports, with its very high-quality production values, has been a tremendous partner for us, so we're delighted that our road games will also be broadcast this season."
