NBC Sports Group continues its 26th season of NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL on NBC this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET, when the Fighting Irish host the Miami Hurricanes at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Ind.
Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly and the Fighting Irish (2-5) enter Saturday's game following a 17-10 loss against Stanford on October 15. Miami head coach Mark Richt and the Hurricanes (4-3) visit South Bend following a 37-16 loss against Virginia Tech. Saturday's matchup will mark the 26th all-time meeting between the Fighting Irish and the Hurricanes, with the rivalry dating back to 1955. The two teams have only met twice in the last decade, and Saturday's game will be the first meeting in South Bend since 1990. Notre Dame and Miami last met in 2012, when Notre Dame defeated Miami 41-3 at Soldier Field in Chicago, Ill. The Fighting Irish hold a 17-7-1 all-time lead in the series.
