'Nightline' Beats 'Late Show' in Viewers for 14th Consecutive Week

ABC News "Nightline" is tied for first place with CBS' "Late Show with David Letterman" for the full season to date with 3.79 million Total Viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research. The last time "Nightline" placed first among Total Viewers for a season was the 1994/ 95 season.

For the week of July 12, 2010, "Nightline" ranked second among A25-54, A18-49 and Total Viewers, which marks the fourteenth consecutive week "Nightline" has outperformed "Letterman." The last time this happened was in 1999.

ABC News' "Nightline" is anchored by Cynthia McFadden, Terry Moran and Martin Bashir. John Donvan and Vicki Mabrey are correspondents. James Goldston is the executive producer. The program airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m., ET on the ABC Television Network.
