Theatrical Rights Worldwide (TRW), exclusive distributor of Nickelodeon's titles for stock and amateur performances, announces the release of Dora the Explorer Live! Dora's Pirate Adventure. This new production will join Theatrical Rights current roster of Nickelodeon-themed productions, including, Blue's Clues Live! The Most Spectacular Place; Blue's Clues Live! Blue's Birthday Party; and Rugrats: A Live Adventure.

Dora the Explorer Live! Dora's Pirate Adventure features Dora, her best buddy Boots, and the rest of Dora's animal friends as they embark on an exciting adventure to Treasure Island. The audience helps them navigate over Dancing Mountain, through Silly Singing Bridge, and to confront the Pirate Piggies. Along the way, the audience will use their map-reading, counting, musical and language skills to successfully help Dora reach the treasure.

Each production licensed by TRW includes a full line of authorized performance materials including scripts and musical scores, a performance accompaniment CD and a full-color design "Tool Kit" that offers step-by-step how-to instructions for putting a Nickelodeon show on stage.

In 2007, Theatrical Rights announced a partnership with Nickelodeon to launch Blue's Clues Live!, and has since added several Nick-themed productions that are popular with school, community and youth theatre organizations around the country. Since launching the collection in 2007, over 150 organizations have licensed productions of Nickelodeon titles resulting in over a thousand performances across the nation. The collection's "Kids for Kids" editions feature specially designed performance materials that are a perfect fit for young actors.
Nickelodeon, now in its 32nd year, is the number-one entertainment brand for kids. It has built a diverse, global business by putting kids first in everything it does. The company includes television programming and production in the United States and around the world, plus consumer products, online, recreation, books and feature films. Nickelodeon's U.S. television network is seen in more than 100 million households and has been the number-one-rated basic cable network for 16 consecutive years.

TRW represents Broadway, Off Broadway and Regional Theatre musicals for Stock and Amateur productions worldwide. The Nickelodeon Live On Stage Collection titles (Blue's Clues, Rugrats and now Dora The Explorer) are authorized stage versions of popular Nick properties, specially created for Theatre for Young Audiences and young actors.
