Billboard and dick clark productions announced today that Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato have been added to THE LINEUP of performers at the 2016 BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS. Tove Lo will join Jonas to perform "Close," the first single off his eagerly anticipated sophomore album due out in June. Demi Lovato will perform her hit song "Cool for the Summer." The "2016 Billboard Music Awards" will broadcast LIVE from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas TONIGHT, MAY 22 (8:00 p.m. EDT/ 5:00 p.m. PDT), on ABC. For the first time in BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS history, viewers on the West Coast will watch the show live along with fellow fans on the East Coast. This year's show will showcase big performances, unexpected collaborations and much-discussed pop culture moments. These artists join previously announced hosts Ludacris and Ciara, and performers Justin Bieber, DNCE, The Go-Go's, Shawn Mendes and P!nk.
Nick Jonas launched his solo music career with a self-titled debut album, "Nick Jonas," released in November 2014.
