The fourth season of HGTV's hugely popular house-flipping series Flip or Flop, will premiere tonight, December 3, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The successful series will follow flipping experts Tarek and Christina El Moussa as they buy, renovate and sell real estate for a profit. The previous season of FLIP OR FLOP was a top performer for HGTV - the series attracted more than 13.5 million viewers.
"I enjoy the chase to get the properties," said Tarek. "It's exciting to find these places and restore them back into beautiful homes. We always want to make it a great flip!"
This season Tarek and Christina will take on more high-stakes risks as they invest in short sales and foreclosures, all while balancing their growing family. They will venture into barricaded properties and abandoned locations. They say they believe braving the worst homes on the block will translate into the best return on their investments. During the premiere episode, Tarek and Christina will purchase a sight-unseen rental home in La Puente, California and it proves to be one of their most challenging flips yet. The dilapidated property will require a pricey makeover from the foundation to the drywall before it can be put on the market for sale.
"This is hands down, our worst buy yet," said Christina. "But this house has come a long, long way from creepy to cute."
