Fresh threads and a fresh set kick off the fifth season of TOSH.O. Host Daniel Tosh will reveal a brand new look, having previously donned hoodies, cardigans, casual jackets, deep V's, collared shirts, exposed arms, collegiate apparel, high fashion, sick kicks for the ladies and over-priced concert tees with sexy stubble. The highly-anticipated fifth season of "Tosh.0" debuts on Comedy Central on Tuesday, February 5 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
About TOSH.O:
Tosh.0 is a weekly topical series that delves into all aspects of the Internet, featuring razor sharp humor and biting commentary from comedian Daniel Tosh. From the absolutely absurd to the incredibly ingenious, the series features viral clips, sketches, and "Web Redemptions" which give subjects of infamous viral videos a second chance to redeem themselves from the embarrassment with which they've become synonymous. Now in its third hit season, Tosh.0 continues to be cable TV's most trusted source for exhibitionist weirdos, injurious idiots and all things Web.
Since being named one of Variety's "10 Comics to Watch" in 2005, Daniel Tosh has earned the admiration of his audiences and peers with a unique brand of comedy that has made him one of the most requested headliners in the country. In 2010, Tosh took his stand-up to more to over 50 cities on his sold out national tour, "Tosh Tour Twenty Ten: A Comedy Central Live Event." He has performed on "The Late Show with David Letterman," "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "The Late, Late Show with Craig Kilborn," "Jimmy Kimmel Live," "Last Call with Carson Daly," VH1's "Best Week Ever" and MTV's "Punk'd." On the film front, Tosh was featured in Mike Myers' 2008 release, "The Love Guru."
Tosh has a long history with Comedy Central, having hosted the network's "Live at Gotham" stand-up series and performing on "Premium Blend" and "Friday Night Stand-Up." Tosh has also been featured in a half-hour stand-up special "Comedy Central Presents..." (2002) and his first hour-long stand-up special, "Completely Serious" (2007). His premiere CD, "True Stories I Made Up," was released in 2005 through Comedy Central Records. His next one-hour special, "Happy Thoughts" is slated to debut on the network in March 2011.
