The 2017 Under Armour All-America Game presented by American Family Insurance will feature the nation's top HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL players in an all-star matchup on Sunday, Jan 1 (1 p.m. ET, ESPN). The tenth annual game will see Team Armour facing Team Highlight, with more than 100 players from the ESPN 300 playing in the matchup, including the number one overall recruit Trey Smith. Five players are expected to make their college announcements during Sunday's game: No. 10 DeAngelo Gibbs (Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee), No. 95 Markquese Bell (Maryland, Ohio State, Rutgers, Virginia Tech), No 100 Nathan Proctor (Penn State, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech), No. 102 Xavier McKinney (Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Ohio State) and No. 145 Breon Dixon (Louisville, Ole Miss, TCU, Tennessee).
Coverage begins Thursday, Dec. 29, with two days of practice on
ESPNU and the American Family Insurance Skills Challenge. Host Matt Schick and recruiting analysts Gerry Hamilton, Craig Haubert and Tom Luginbill will be on-site for all the action.
Play by play commentator Kevin Brown, Haubert and Luginbill will call the game from Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla., with Schick reporting from the sidelines.
