Don't be surprised if you tune into NAT GEO WILD this holiday season and hear big cats compared to The Real Housewives or raccoons accused of hacking the cloud. RiffTrax are the stars behind the cult comedy series Mystery Science Theater 3000, and they are invading your living room again, bringing their sly commentary to Nat Geo WILD's stable of classic ANIMAL programs for the first time.

Earlier this year the joke was on National Geographic Channel when the RiffTrax team had their way with some of the network's classic programs on April's Fools day. Now the funniest friends you never had are back for one night only to mine the ANIMAL world for comedy gold. The three-hour TOTAL RIFF OFF premieres tonight, December 16, from 8 - 11 p.m. ET/PT, only on Nat Geo WILD.
Total Riff Off Premieres Include:

Total Riff Off: Demon Bat

Tuesday, December 16 at 8 PM ET/PT

According to RiffTrax, a giant demon bat is terrorizing a Mexican village! Well, it's actually fairly normal sized as far as bats go. It's really no more a demon than any other bat, now that you mention it. And "terrorizing" is a bit sensational. It bit a cow. Maybe. But have you seen the hair on the guy who's hosting? So much luxurious hair. These are the important things to focus on.

Total Riff Off: Man v. Monster

Tuesday, December 16 at 9 PM ET/PT

RiffTrax takes on the Mekong Flesh-Eater, a creature believed to attack unsuspecting fishermen in Thailand's rivers. However, THE HUNT to determine if this seriously scary ANIMAL is real is a lot funnier than you may think. RiffTrax cannot help but have fun with host Richard Terry's suspenseful search for the mysterious aquatic giant alleged to hide in shallow waters.
Total Riff Off: Animals Behaving Badly
Tuesday, December 16 at 10 PM ET/PT

Primal pranksters, indiscriminate mating and animals on the loose, some creatures cannot be tamed, and neither can the commentary. The RiffTrax guys let loose on unsuspecting animals caught behaving badly.
