NBC's 'Up All Night' Rates High Among Network Comedies

Here are NBC highlights when going from "live plus same day" ratings for premiere week to the "live plus seven day" ratings that Nielsen has reported today...

In premiere-week jumps from L+SD to L+7 ratings in adults 18-49, NBC highlights include:

· "Up All Night" is the #1 comedy on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox in terms of percentage increase from L+SD to L+7 during premiere week and the #2 show overall behind only Fox's "Fringe" (+57%), growing by +46% in adults 18-49 (to a 3.51 rating from a 2.40).

· "Community" is the #2 comedy on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox in terms of percentage growth from L+SD to L+7 during premiere week, increasing by +40% in adults 18-49 (to a 2.43 rating from a 1.74).

· "The Office" is the #4 comedy on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox in terms of percentage growth from L+SD to L+7 during premiere week, gaining by +37% in adults 18-49 (to a 5.41 rating from a 3.95).

· "Whitney" is tied for #2 among first-year comedies on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox in terms of percentage increase from L+SD to L+7 during premiere week, growing by +29% in adults 18-49 (to a 4.21 rating from a 3.26), behind only NBC's "Up All Night" and tied with Fox's "The New Girl."

· "Law & Order: SVU" is the #2 drama on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox in terms of percentage increase from L+SD to L+7 during premiere week, behind only Fox's "Fringe" (+57%), and the #3 show overall, growing by +45% in adults 18-49 (to a 3.45 rating from a 2.38).

· "Harry's Law" is the #5 drama on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox in terms of percentage growth from L+SD to L+7 during premiere week, increasing by +42% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.67 rating from a 1.18).

· Other shows getting sizable bumps in L+7 versus L+SD in adults 18-49 are:

· "Parenthood" (+37% to a 2.95)

· "Prime Suspect" (+31% to a 2.31)

· "Parks and Recreation" (+29% to a 2.66)

· "The Sing-Off" (+21% to a 2.32).
