"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" has dominated the late-night ratings week of Jan. 4-8, leading CBS's "Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" for the week in every key measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers. Note that Kimmel aired an encore on Friday.
Fallon won the week in adults 18-49 by a +73% margin over Colbert (with a 0.95 rating vs. a 0.55) and by +86% over Kimmel (0.95 vs. 0.51).
At 12:35 a.m. ET for the week, NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" also dominated, growing versus the same week last year by +10% in 18-49 (0.46 vs. 0.42) and +14% in total viewers (1.600 million vs. 1.408 million).
At 1:35 a.m. ET, NBC's rebroadcasts of "Last Call with Carson Daly" generated gains versus the year-ago week of +17% in 18-49 (0.28 vs. 0.24) and +18% in total viewers (897,000 vs. 758,000).
